+ PROCESSING TIMES +

All orders ship within 2-5 business days, excluding major holidays. Any major updates to processing times are announced in a banner at the top of the shop.

+ SHIPPING +

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking, excluding US orders of ONLY stickers, which are shipped in an envelope via USPS letter mail without tracking. You can add tracking to these orders via the “Stickers Only - USPS Tracking” option.

US LETTER: 2-7 business days.
US GROUND: 3-5 business days.
US PRIORITY: 1-3 business days.

ORDERS TO CANADA, MEXICO, UK: 2-4 weeks.
Shipping is currently limited to the US, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Sorry! :(

CUSTOMS
You as a buyer are responsible for any customs/import taxes your country may charge to receive international packages.

+ MATERIALS +

PRINTS
Archival matte 110lb cardstock, signed and unframed. 
Black & white prints are on ivory cardstock unless otherwise specified.
STICKERS
Laminated vinyl paper with a waterproof, glossy finish.
ORIGINAL ART
Each original comes signed and framed with a mat and/or backing board. Materials, mats, and sizes are specified for each piece in their description.

+ CARE OF PRINTS AND ORIGINALS +

All originals and prints are made with archival materials, but to ensure longevity of the pieces, please display them away from any sunlight, other UV lights, and high humidity. 


+ ETSY PROMOTIONAL CODES +

All promotional codes form my Etsy shop will apply to this shop, please message me directly if you have a code from Etsy that you are unable to apply to your order.

+ REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS +

Please contact me directly as quickly as possible if you need to cancel or change the shipping information on your order - once processing is complete and a shipping label is made an order cannot be altered or canceled. I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an order arrives damaged, is missing, or an incorrect item was sent by mistake. All seconds/b-grade sales are final.
