HI! I’M SARA.

When I'm not swapping places with my drawings, I'm hard at work making them at my home base in New Jersey. Or traveling the country bringing Inclement Illustrations to some funky events. Or managing my online art shop. Or chillin' with my feline familiars.

My (totally healthy) relationship with art began when I was a wee lass and consumed me until I graduated with a BFA in Animation & Illustration, dipped my toes in 2D animation, became the resident phantom of a local theatre, and spent 6 years building a portfolio and business on the side. The temptation of a sleepless life on the road was too much for me to resist, and I took my insanity full time in 2023.

I use a combination of traditional and digital mediums with some humor, horror, and a dash of heresy to conjure up the lil' creeps I share a mind with. Some sweet, some sharp — but all inevitably influenced by various folktales, cryptids, and boogeymen alike.

INCLEMENT ILLUSTRATIONS

Inclement Illustrations was founded in 2018 to turn my lifelong passion for illustration into an opportunity to share my art with the world. I began by selling holiday cards at conventions and local markets, and have grown my work into a full-time freelance illustration business and online art shop. I use traditional and digital mediums to create surreal horror and fantasy illustrations, fine art prints, greeting cards, stationery, and a little mischief. 
Since 2021, everything is printed, cut, and packaged in-house by me (Hello!).
